Hebit Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Hebit application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Hebit is a health and wellness application that provides:

• Nutrition tracking with AI-powered food scanning and dietary insights

• Sleep tracking and analysis, including ambient sound recording and snoring detection

• Activity and workout tracking with 500+ exercise library

• Structured workout programs with progress tracking

• Mood tracking and wellness monitoring

• AI-generated personalized health insights and recommendations

• Achievement and challenge system for motivation

• Apple Health integration for comprehensive health data sync

• Water intake tracking and weight management tools

Hebit is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The information provided by the App is for general wellness purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.

3. Account Registration

To use Hebit, you must create an account via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Promptly update your information if it changes

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Hebit.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Features

Hebit may offer both free and premium (subscription-based) features.

4.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

• The renewal price will be the same as the original purchase price unless otherwise notified

• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

4.3 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Upload malicious content or attempt to gain unauthorized access

• Use the App to collect data about other users

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App

• Use the App's AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content

• Manipulate or falsify health data within the App

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Hebit provides general wellness information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, sleep habits, or health regimen

• AI-generated recommendations are based on general health principles and your provided data; they are not medical prescriptions

• Sleep analysis, nutrition scores, and activity metrics are estimates and may not be clinically accurate

• Audio-based snoring detection is for informational purposes only and is not a diagnostic tool for sleep disorders

• Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information provided by the App

• If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, algorithms, exercise descriptions, and workout programs — are the exclusive property of Muhammet Eren and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you input into the App (meal logs, meal photos, sleep data, mood entries, activity records, etc.). By using the App, you grant Hebit a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's features for you.

9. AI-Generated Content

• AI-powered insights and recommendations are generated by third-party AI services based on your data

• AI-generated content — including meal plans, workout suggestions, sleep recommendations, and wellness insights — is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific circumstances

• Hebit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content

• You should use AI-generated recommendations as general guidance, not as professional health or medical advice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Hebit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied

• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App

• We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on information provided by the App

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hebit, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the app settings; in this case, all your data is deleted instantly and permanently

• Alternatively, you may submit a deletion request through our support team; in this case, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days

• Account deletion is irreversible

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Turkey.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hebit regarding the use of the App.
